Return & Exchange Policy
Standard Return Policy
All returns must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, clean, unworn, undamaged and in sale-able condition (Excluding “SALE”, “MADE TO ORDER” Items, or any product with “NO RETURN” stated on its product description). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping charges, using the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number.
The item must be new, not worn, unaltered and free of any odours or fragrances.
If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
All Special Collaboration Items are final sale, no exceptions.
Return Instructions - For U.S. & Canadian Orders
For items eligible for return, please submit a request at mari@thenoiizegroup.com within 14 business days of receiving the item(s) and include your order number (this can be found on your “order confirmation email”)
Once approved, we will get back to you with a return authorization, which includes shipping information required for your return shipment (e.g. address, postal code). Please ensure that the label is used within 7 days upon receiving. Be sure to also check both documents (customs invoice & shipping label) before printing.
Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip.
Once we receive the package at our studio, we will inspect to see if the item(s) meet the stated above physical conditions. if they do, we will process a refund (original shipping cost excluded) as soon as possible. The refund may take a few days to be processed by the third-party payment processor company we work with. Please be patient. you will receive an “order refunded” email once the refund is processed.
Please allow 10-14 business days for all returns to be processed
Refunds
You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund.
Once we issue your refund, please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear in your bank statement.
All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment
3-Dimensional is not responsible (and will not accept for refund) products damaged throughout return shipment process. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
"Import fees" are not subject to refunds. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Exchanges
The fastest/best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
''MADE TO ORDER'' Products
'' Made TO ORDER '' items are non-returnable, though some pieces are eligible for exchange. Please note that by the time we receive your order, the fabric may be sold out. In that case, you may exchange it for another product, or we’ll provide you with a gift card.
